who is "USA Wigga Bitch"?

a mysterious person has been leaving funny comments on a couple of my flickr photos.

"USA Wigga Bitch" doesn't have anything listed in her (i'm assuming female) flickr profile and i'm listed as her only contact.

anyway i'm really curious as to who this person is. heheheheh the comments were pretty random too.
