huge file size increase in mp3 audio using rizzn
whoa i just found out that rizzn.net makes your uploaded audio 128kbps, greatly increasing the file size. i usually encode mine at 64kbps mp3pro since it's just me yakking, so no need for high quality.i didn't notice the file size increase in my first 3 posts using rizzn since the sizes weren't that large. but what was a 12++ mb file in my latest podcast became a 25++ mb file!
i think i'll upload that one temporarily to my school storage till i figure out a way around this. i always worry about people having a hard time downloading large files. i know the pains of dial-up even if i'm in broadband world here in school. i don't have that at home after all.
